How long does shipping take?
Please allow 7-12 business days to receive your order.*
This includes processing (3-5 days) and shipping time (4-7 days).
*Australia Post is currently experiencing delays, so please be patient while we do our best to get your product to you and your pups as quickly as we can!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
If the country you’d like to ship the products to isn’t on the list, we apawlogise! Please send an email to let us know and we will add it ASAP!
Can I return my order?
If the return is due to the wrong size, or a change of mind, the item needs to be returned in the same condition it arrived in, within 2 weeks. In this circumstance, shipping will need to be covered by the buyer.
If the return is due to a faulty item which is still in stock, we will provide you with a replacement ASAP. If the item is no longer available you will be refunded. The item needs to be in the same condition and packaging it arrived in.
What if your sizes don’t fit my dog?
Please fur-give us! We are in the process of expanding our size range to include XS and XL in the near future. We would love to know if you have something specific in mind and your dog’s measurements so we can stock items perfect for you!
Are you eco-friendly?
At Dogs of CBR we value sustainability and do our best to minimise waste! We’ve joined the No Issue Eco Alliance, so all of our packaging is compostable! We use soy-based inks, water-activated recycled tape, and Hero mailers to reduce our paw print on the planet!
